HIIT workout meets morning routine!

A well-balanced, 45-minute workout HIIT body weight workout that aims to send you into the week with maximum energy and good feeling. You will be coached, inspired and motivated and afterwards there will be a short meet-and-greet where we help each other set the tone for the week to come!

Do you want to start the week motivated, inspired and with maximum energy? Then this is really something for you!

What you need to bring?

A fitness mat. We will do some exercises on the floor at the beginning of the workout and at the end so it is nice to have a fitness mat.
