What is it?
#Maxyourmonday isn't just a workout! Actually, it is better to see it as a "morning routine" in a group. I have combined my own morning routine with an energizer workout and created the perfect workout for you to start the week.

We start with mobility and mindfulness to get your body and mind in the right mode.
Then the volume, energy and your adrenaline will go up and I'll get you into that winner's high.
To start the week with maximum focus and motivation, we end with a short goal/intention setting session.

What is it?
This is an energizing workout. What I mean by that is that it is not only intended to give you a physical workout, but above all to send you into the day with energy. Yes, we will move but I will use all my energy and skills during the workout to motivate and inspire you mentally as well. The goal is that you feel so good at the end that you go into the week with a good feeling.

Do I have to be top fit?
No, anyone can participate. All exercises we do are accessible and easy to adapt to your level. If you have the right intention and want to start the week with a good feeling, this is definitely for you ​

Does it really take 1 hour and 15 minutes
Yes, this is more than just a workout. I'll spend the first part on a bit of mobility in combination with "priming". Then we go wild during the HIIT part and I'll make sure you can land again with the help of a nice cool down. Afterwards I have a special "social goal and intention-setting" exercise and then you can start the week. This is the whole experience and I do expect you to be there for the entire duration.

is it in a different location every week?
New. Only for the next 4 weeks. Over the next 4 weeks I want to organize a test event at various locations. Afterwards I will see which location is most suitable and from then on this event will take place weekly at that location unless otherwise announced.

SHOULD I BRING WHAT?
It is useful if you bring a fitness mat because we will do some exercises on the floor at the beginning and at the end.
