You will learn how to craft your own morning routine and integrate this into your dialy life!

What is it?

​MaxYourMonday is a live morning routine event thought up by High Performance Lifestyle Coach and Founder of Maxyourlife.today as a response to negative vibe most people have on Monday.

​

As a peak performance coach he knows the power that is in a live morning routine and decided to create a live event that allows  people who like to experience first-hand how life changing it can be to start your day with a morning routine. Subsequently, it will help you reframe Monday not as something you dread but as an new opportunity to design your life, opportunity to live your dreams and make it happen. 

I am that guy on Monday, that guy with an unusual positive energy and vibe and have made it my mission to infect as many people as possible with my energy and positivity. I help you start the week with a good feeling. 

How it works

I will first guide your through a short meditation and help you get in the right energy and mindset

Next, we will do a yoga inspired mobility and mindfulness  routine infused with powerfull breathwork routines to awaken your body and mind

then the volume goes up, the energy goes up and I will get you into that winner's high using an unique sequence of powerposes and high energy exercises.

We will finish with a celebration routine that will make you feel liberated and energized like never before

What is it?

This is an energizing workout. What I mean by that is that it is not only intended to give you a physical workout, but above all to send you into the day with energy. Yes, we will move but I will use all my energy and skills during the workout to motivate and inspire you mentally as well. The goal is that you feel so good at the end that you go into the week with a good feeling.

Do I have to be top fit?

No, anyone can participate. All exercises we do are accessible and easy to adapt to your level. If you have the right intention and want to start the week with a good feeling, this is definitely for you  â€‹

Does it really take 1 hour and 15 minutes

Yes, this is more than just a workout. I'll spend the first part on a bit of mobility in combination with "priming". Then we go wild during the HIIT part and I'll make sure you can land again with the help of a nice cool down. Afterwards I have a special "social goal and intention-setting" exercise and then you can start the week. This is the whole experience and I do expect you to be there for the entire duration.

is it in a different location every week?

New. Only for the next 4 weeks. Over the next 4 weeks I want to organize a test event at various locations. Afterwards I will see which location is most suitable and from then on this event will take place weekly at that location unless otherwise announced.

SHOULD I BRING WHAT?

It is useful if you bring a fitness mat because we will do some exercises on the floor at the beginning and at the end.
