The end of the year is the time to reflect, evaluate, plan and prepare yourself. September and October are always the months when I start looking back at the year. What went well, what went less, how happy am I with my progress, etc.

 

As soon as November arrives I have already made up the score. I then know where I stand, I know what I want to focus on and I have a game plan for how to get started.

 

When the second week of December arrives, I feel like I'm already done with the year.  I have a clear idea of what I want, why I want it, where I stand, what I'm going to focus on and how I'm going to get there. If only it was January 1!

 

By the time Christmas arrives, I'm all set for the year and can't wait for the new year to begin.

 

January 1st I am ready to go and I usually do something that symbolically sets the tone for the year. And if this appeals to you then I have very good news!

For you and 9 others I have developed a 3 month program. This program helps you evaluate the year in a structured way, determine your goals and formulate an action plan. During our 1-on-1 sessions I will help you determine your focus and put you in the right mindset. During the program I help you deepen your goals and create the momentum you need. Once the year starts, I'll help you set the tone for Q1 and make sure you deliver on what you've promised yourself. How does that sound?
