A 45 minute morning routine meets body weight workout. During 45 minutes I will guide you through a morning routine starting with a yoga-inspired warming up and finishing up with energizing moves and goalsetting to send you off into the week inspired and motivated.

A well-balanced morning routine workout to get you energized and in the right mindset for the week. Expect energizing moves, motivational talk, yoga-inspired warming-up and cool down, mindset and motivation hacks all rolled up in one thrilling experience of 45 minutes.
To set your focus, we will finish up together with a short meet-and-greet and goalsetting exercise.

Do you need to be fit?
No, we are not doing a hardcore burpee Bootcamp. The exercises, I pick are meant to get your energy up and into the right mood but are not crazy difficult. You can join too :)
What do I bring?
Put on some easy-fitting clothes in which you can move freely. If you have a fitness or yoga mat, you can bring that too but it is not necessary to do so. There is a possibility to shower and change in The Student Hotel.
