I know what it's like to be under constant tension and that sometimes it feels like you're trying to cling to that last straw. Recovery from chronic stress follows a certain path and this program is designed to help you move through these phases. The premise of the program is to optimally support your body's natural recovery capacity. Read below how the program is structured and why.
intake
At the beginning of the program will you make an online take a burnout test to determine how bad your symptoms are. Subsequently, prior to the program to have a 1-on-1 video call. During this conversation you can explain your answers and I can give you extra advice and see if this program is suitable for you. We will also use your test results to measure your progress along the way.
Phase 1.
making room
The first step you need to take is to make room for recovery. You will learn how to immediately reduce the pressure and how you can immediately take an important step.
Phase 2.

Now that you've created space and listened to the signals can initiate recovery. This part of the program will focus on physical and mental recovery. You will learn how to optimally support your body and mind and how to promote your body's ability to recover.
Phase 3.

The program is designed in such a way that you can do it at your own pace and follow your own recovery rate. As soon as you feel ready you can start with the following phases. I have taken into account that you are initially less taxable mentally, so the first part of the course will therefore mainly focus on physical recovery. Later in the program, the balance will shift to reflection and self-study.
There is little to say about the duration of the program because you will follow your own recovery rate. I go through with in-person customers this whole process in about 3 months after which they are at a level where they are fully recovered and are charged.
