From personal experience I know how terrible it is to end up in a burnout and how hopeless you can feel. I know what it's like to be under constant tension and that sometimes it feels like you're trying to cling to that last straw. I know what this is like, but I also know how you can prevent this and how it can help you gain insight into yourself, grow and be healthier, fitter and happier in the future. A burnout always contains important lessons, a burnout is actually a signal, but you have to listen.  

The fact that you are reading this means that you have already taken preventive action! You recognize at a certain level that you are under pressure and you are looking for a solution. This is super important because you can only act preventively if you see it in time. This is often not the case with burn put. In retrospect one sees that the signals were clearly present, but in the moment one is often not aware of this.  Fortunately, this is not the case with you!

Based on my own experience and my knowledge as a Life and Health coach, I have developed a program that will help you take immediate action. Recovery from chronic stress follows a certain path and this program is designed to help you move through these phases. The premise of the program is to  optimally support your body's natural recovery capacity. Read below how the program is structured and why.

intake 

At the beginning of the program  will you make an online  take a burnout test to determine how bad your symptoms are. Subsequently, prior to  the program to have a 1-on-1 video call. During this conversation you can explain your answers and I can give you extra advice and see if this program is suitable for you. We will also use your test results to measure your progress along the way. 

Phase 1.

The first step you need to take is to make room for recovery. You will learn how to immediately reduce the pressure and how you can immediately take an important step. 

Phase 2.

Now that you've created space  and listened to the  signals can initiate recovery. This part of the program will focus on physical and mental recovery. You will learn how to optimally support your body and mind and how to promote your body's ability to recover.

Phase 3.

Finally you start thinking clearly again and you can put things in order. This is a very important point because at this stage you can begin to reflect on what has happened. This is crucial because burnout and stress are clear signals from which something can be learned. Moreover, it almost always contains very valuable insights for the future.

Phase 4.

action

Now that you have reflected on what has happened and have an understanding of what could be…  causes have been  you can change things in your life. This can be external things such as work, private life, etc, but it can also be that YOU have to change. Burnout is not fun, but it is often the beginning of great personal growth and can be the beginning of a beautiful new period. This is where this program comes to an end and possibly a new chapter in your life begins.

The online course consists of 4 phases
Each module contains:

The program is designed in such a way that you can do it at your own pace and follow your own recovery rate. As soon as you feel ready you can start with the following phases. I have taken into account that you are initially less taxable mentally, so the first part of the course will therefore mainly focus on physical recovery. Later in the program, the balance will shift to reflection and self-study.  

There is little to say about the duration of the program because you will follow your own recovery rate. I go through with in-person customers  this whole process in about 3 months after which they are at a level where they are fully recovered  and are charged.

How long does the program last?

The program is designed to help you determine the ideal pace. I recommend that you do not move to the next stage until you feel you are ready. Patience is an important factor. Take your time, get on with things and move on to the next stage when you're ready. The purpose of this course is not to tick you off, the purpose is to help you towards recovery so focus on that.

How much time should I put into it

You will have to deal with this, that is inevitable. That said, I've kept the program very practical and the information is there to give context. You will have to invest some time in the theoretical part but this is really very minimal. The most powerful thing is that you will start applying this information on a daily basis, that investment of time, it cannot be quantified and that is not necessary. You will develop a lifetime skill!

How long to keep  I have access to the course?

You retain access to the course forever and can  Always  go back to previous lessons.

What if I don't like it?

What if I need more support?

In this learning environment, you will learn how to best deal with this situation using materials such as podcasts, videos, and reading tips. Then, with the help of assignments, you will gain more insight into yourself and your situation and immediately apply everything you learn.
