When we went into the soft-lockdown in March, I saw two things. On the one hand, I saw that many people consumed  were affected by anxiety and stress and that they quickly went into a negative  spiral expired. On the other hand, I saw huge opportunities for this  crisis as a catalyst for personal growth, a healthy lifestyle and a powerful mindset. This time can literally become the foundation for a future with more satisfaction, optimal health and energy!  However, I noticed that many people did not see this. I therefore decided to develop an online course to help as many people as possible  to help turn this period into something good.
